Compact M 6000 Complete Line
The complete compact line M 6000 of MarCoPack allows automatic work of packaging, capping and labeling of products for different industrial sectors in a monoblock equipment, smaller in size and cost than the linear ones.

Features and Functionality
The compact M 6000 Complete Line is designed to have smaller dimensions, optimizing space and costs, and offers extensive customization. It is composed of:
- Dosing machine: low maintenance and easy to use. The dosing system can be volumetric or by means of a flowmeter. This dosing system will depend on the product to be dosed. Automatic filling of the containers, from one to four nozzles depending on the quantities to be dosed.
- Automatic capper: with a pneumatic capping system, with a head adapted to the lid of the container itself. Linear displacement table with quick adjustment, height adjustment spindles. Electropneumatic cap unscrambler in stainless steel. Lid lifter and positioner with ramp for positioning in the container.
- Labeler to apply up to three labels on cylindrical or flat containers as needed. Made of stainless steel. Controlled by touch screen to specify the place where the label will be applied. It has a label break alarm.
