Complete Filling Line
The complete MarCoPack line allows the automatic dosing, capping and labelling of products for different industrial sectors. Adaptable to any container and liquid product, and with adjustable speed for each product to be filled.

Features and Functionality
The Complete Line is custom-designed for each client and can be composed of:
- Dosing machine: adaptable to different sectors such as chemical, para-pharmaceutical, food, etc., to different types of products such as liquids, dense, foamy,… and different types of containers. Depending on the customer’s requirements, is possible to incorporate from 2 to 12 filling nozzles.
- Capping machine: with a robust and versatile design for placing and closing caps. Thanks to its cap elevator, loading is quick and easy, with easy-to-use touch screen control for adjusting the different parameters.
- Labelling machine: self-adhesive to apply 1 or 2 labels, according to customer requirements on cylindrical, flat or oval containers. It is adaptable to different container sizes.
